Since becoming pregnant with my first
daughter 22 years ago, I have made it a
priority to live a healthy lifestyle,
choosing to eat fresh foods and
exercise regularly. After becoming
increasingly aware of the harmful
effects of the toxins, chemicals, and
pesticides that we are (often
unknowingly) exposed to in our daily
lives, I recently decided to shift my
family from merely "healthy" to organic.
